I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's exceptional location in the heart of Birmingham city center with easy access to all the main attractions and shopping areas. The rooms were cozy with a very comfortable bed and a fantastic shower, making my stay truly comfortable. The service was top-notch, with incredibly professional and prompt staff who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, especially Joyce and Derek at breakfast who were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. On the downside, the dining experience could have offered more variety, even though the Spanish food included was a nice touch. The facilities were great, adding to the overall enjoyable stay.
